Due to the change of conference venue, we are sorry to inform all delegates that you may have to change your previous arrangement of accommodation. If you have already made your reservation at a hotel in Beijing, please cancel it as soon as possible. The host will reimburse the charge, if any, arising from the cancellation.
The new conference venue, FLTRP International Convention Center, (Please see at http://www.fltrpicc.com/ (in Chinese) or http://www.fltrpicc.com/english/index.html (in English)) is located in the south suburb of Beijing, about 30 km from downtown Beijing. Therefore, all delegates may have to reside in the Convention Center for your own convenience. FLTRP International Convention Center is a large conference complex built and managed according to the 4-star standard. High quality facilities and services are guaranteed.

* The Convention Center only accepts RMB in cash. Those non-mainland Chinese delegates who do not have RMB with you can pay with your credit cards. The charge will be based on the real-time foreign exchange rate quotations publicized by the People’s Bank of China at the time you check out.
** It is feasible for 2 delegates to share 1 standard room, only if you make arrangements accordingly and keep us informed in your confirmation email. If you choose a standard room in the hotel building without a roommate, you will be charged at the rate of 330/room/day.
*** If you would like to share an apartment with another specific delegate, both of you should specify that (after confirming with your roommate) in your confirmation emails. If you are not specific about your roommate in the apartment, the host will assign you an appropriate roommate the day you arrive at the Convention Center.
The host of the Congress will be responsible to make reservations for all delegates. In order to avoid unnecessary inconveniences, it is compulsory for you to send a confirmation email to Mr. Cui GE before August 15, 2009. Earlier confirmation will greatly help with our preparation work and therefore be appreciated by us.
We believe that our participants will all get to know each other better by now staying in the same place.

由于会场地点移至外研社国际会议中心，住宿安排需要做相应调整。如果您已经预定了酒店，请务必尽快取消预定。如果牵涉酒店预定取消费用，请出示费用发票，大会主办方将为您报销。
外研社国际会议中心（会议中心网址：http://www.fltrpicc.com）位于北京市大兴区，距离天安门超过30公里。为了参会者能够更加方便的参加本次大会，建议所有参会者入住外研社国际会议中心。该会议中心是依照4星级标准建设和管理的大型国际会议中心，设施和服务有保证。
